John brings over 15 years of combined public and private sector experience—including 12 years serving in a senior U.S. Senate office and subsequent leadership in legislative strategy, coalition-building, and technology innovation. His deep expertise and bipartisan relationships position him as a strategic advisor in helping identify, pursue, and secure critical funding and policy opportunities.John is a trusted connector across tribal, nonprofit, governmental, and private sectors, known for translating complex challenges into focused, actionable pathways.
Kyla brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of policy, community engagement, and public funding across city, state, and federal levels. Her career has been defined by roles that prioritize helping local communities navigate government systems and secure the resources they need to thrive. Most recently, Kyla served as the inaugural Chief of Staff at the Washington State Department of Commerce, where she led the Director’s Office and played a key role in aligning agency programs to better support cities and communities in accessing critical funding tools and development opportunities.
Aaron has over 18 years of nonprofit and social service work focused on building funding and operational strategies for organizations to achieve their long-term objectives. With extensive private funding experience, as both a recipient and grantor, Aaron has a deep understanding of how to manage successful conversations and bring significant funding to organizations and communities.
